मुंबई: देश की आर्थिक राजधानी मुंबई जिसे सपनों का शहर और मायानगरी के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। इसी मुंबई शहर के पवई इलाके में 25 नवंबर 2023 को पवई इंग्लिश हाईस्कूल के स्टूडेंट कुमार रवि शंकर साहनी ने ‘चारकोल पेंटिंग’ द्वारा भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का तकरीबन सात (7) फुट लंबी पेंटिंग बनाकर वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड बनाया है। इस कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत दीप प्रज्वलन से की गई। दीप प्रज्वलन में स्कूल के ट्रस्टी प्रशांत शर्मा और चीफ गेस्ट आर्किटेक्ट सुनील गंबानी शामिल रहे। चारकोल पेंटिंग का यह कार्यक्रम सुबह 7:30 बजे शुरू हुआ।
पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी की पेंटिंग स्टूडेंट को बनाने में रवि को प्रोत्साहित करने उसके पिता कल्पनाथ सहानी और प्रिंसिपल शर्ली पिल्लई का अहम योगदान रहा। इस मौके पर स्कूल की प्रिंसिपल शर्ली पिल्लई ने ‘लीड न्यूज़ टुडे’ को बताया कि रवि साहनी ने दो रिकॉर्ड अटैम्प्ट किए। जिसमें से एक है वर्ल्ड वाइड बुक ऑफ रिकार्ड्स और OMG बुक ऑफ रिकार्ड्स। इसमें OMG बुक ऑफ रिकार्ड्स ने रवि को मेडल और सर्टिफिकेट दिया। शर्ली पिल्लई ने रवि साहनी द्वारा वर्ल्ड की उपलब्धि पर खुशी जाहिर की है।
स्कूल में आने वाले गेस्ट को पेंटिंग बनाकर भेंट दी
रवि के चारकोल पेंटिंग बनाने की शुरुआत 2 साल पहले स्कूल से हुई। स्कूल के कई पेंटिंग कंपटीशन में हिस्सा लेकर उसने सभी को अपनी चित्रकारी की तरफ आकर्षित किया। रवि साहनी ने स्कूल में होने वाले कार्यक्रमों में आने वाले अतिथियों की चारकोल पेंटिंग बनाकर उन्हें भेट स्वरूप देकर अपने काम को आगे बढ़ाया।
रवि साहनी ने श्रीधर अरनाला, वाइस प्रेसिडेंट ऑफ़ सेल्स एंड डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन हिंदू ग्रुप , मिस्टर वैद्यनाथन जी.एम ऑफ वेस्ट हिंदू ग्रुप, लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल मनोज कुमार सिन्हा, विधायक दिलीप लांडे, स्कूल के ट्रस्टी प्रशांत शर्मा जीएचपी ग्रुप ऑफ़ एजुकेशन, चेतन देसाई रोटरीएन क्लब, शहीद विजय रामचंद्र कोकरे, एसीपी भरत कुमार सूर्यवंशी तथा महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे काचारकोल पेंटिंग बनाकर सब की तारीफ और वाहवाही लूटी ।

मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे की चारकोल पेंटिंग को उन्हें देने के लिए रवि उनके समय देने का इंतजार कर रहा है। रवि द्वारा बनाई गई पेंटिंग की सबसे बड़ी खासियत यह है कि वह पेंटिंग की आंखों में जान डाल देता है। रवि जेजे स्कूल आफ आर्ट्स में दाखिला लेकर अपनी इस कला को और भी निखारना चाहते हैं। पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी की चारकोल पेंटिंग बनाकर वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड बनाने के लिए OMG BOOK OF RECORD 2024 जो भारत की चौथी सबसे बड़ी बुक ऑफ रिकॉर्ड है। उन्हें तथा वर्ल्ड वाइड बुक ऑफ रिकॉर्ड को बुलाया गया था।
रवि को नरेंद्र मोदी की 7 फुट ऊंची पेंटिंग बनाने में साढ़े दस घंटे लगे। इस मौके पर नगर सेवक कुमार त्रिपाठी और पॉपूलर पब्लिकेशन के संस्थापक सुधीर गोंकाराजी ने रवि की सराहना की और हौसला बढ़ाया।

Such a talented boy can’t go unnoticed in this digital world. Ravi has miles to go before he sleeps. Infact he does his paintings at night. Hardly sleeps. I have seen that passion in this boy so humble with a sweet smile on his face , ever ready to draw, never says No.with his supportive father Kalpnath..Sahani.
All my career I haven’t seen such a passionate boy. So humble, so sweet. Let his passion fly high before he leaves the school after Std 10 th next year. We will always be there to support with our blessings.
